Forms of Participation & Presentation
Considering the travel restriction to Japan to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the meeting will be held in a hybrid and the presentations will be organized as below.
Review & keynote talks (invited): Hybrid
In the registration form, please choose a form of participation (In-person [invited or SOC] or on-line). If you choose an in-person participation, please indicate whether you need to apply for a visa or not.
Contributed talk: Hybrid
In the registration form, please choose a form of participation (In-person [contributed] or on-line). If you choose an in-person participation, please indicate whether you need to apply for a visa or not. We will decide whether we can support your visa application by reviewing your abstracts and considering the number of applications available to support.
Poster Presentation: On-line
- Post the poster to the web
- Short oral presentations in a hybrid form (zoom)
- We will prepare a Slack session for discussion
